"Get to the Point!" Giveaway
- The WaYfm "Get to the Point!" giveaway is open to all U.S. residents 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver's License or State ID, except employees and immediate family members of Cornerstone University and its media outlets, as well as contest sponsors.
- "Get to the Point!" begins Tuesday, July 6th and concludes with final Grand Prize drawing on Friday, July 30. Qualifying of participants happens as follows: weekdays during the morning show (6-10 AM) and the afternoon show (2-6 PM) a sounder will randomly air. Following the sounder, caller #8 to 888-383-3688 is instantly qualified and their name goes into the Grand Prize drawing (one on-air qualification per household for duration of giveaway). Participants may increase their chances of winning by stopping at summer remotes to register (one registration per household per remote location; list of remote locations available at www.way.fm). Qualifications taken prior to first Grand Prize drawing will carry over into second Grand Prize drawing.
- Added-value prizes available at remote locations via WaYfm Prize Wheel. To spin the WaYfm Prize Wheel for the chance to win an added-value prize at a remote location, you must first allow a WaYfm representative to place a WaYfm logoed sticker on your vehicle at said location. Prizes vary. Winning of an added-value prize is a bonus and does not affect eligibility for the Grand Prize (one spin of the Prize Wheel per household for duration of giveaway.)
- Grand Prize consists of four Cedar Point adult admission passes AND $100 worth of gas. A total of two Grand Prizes will be awarded, one each on July 16 and July 30. Grand Prize will be awarded as follows: a name will be randomly selected from all qualifiers and announced on-air at 7:20 AM. The person selected must be listening to win and must call back within eight minutes to 888-383-3688 to win the Grand Prize. If the person announced does not call back within eight minutes a new name will be announced with the same rules applying.
- Winner must not have won any prize from Cornerstone University and its media outlets that is valued at $100 or more in the last ninety (90) days.
- The winner must present a valid Driver's License or State ID and sign proper release forms at 1159 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids MI 49525. The winner must permit WaYfm to use voice recording and/or photograph or likeness for a period of one year without any further consideration. The winner is responsible for all taxes related to the prize. False information, incomplete registration forms or misrepresentation by any winner voids his/her eligibility to claim the prize. Refusing any of these terms will signify forfeiture of the prize.
- The winner agrees to use any and all prizes at their own risk, and will release and hold harmless WaYfm and its parent, Cornerstone University, for any and all claims that could result in using any and all prizes.
- The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Any additional costs associated with the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.
- Grand Prize must be redeemed within 30 days of winning, after which time it becomes sole property of WCSG and may be offered again.
- WaYfm reserves the right to make any changes in all contests effective when the change(s) are announced on the air or online. New rules will be made available at the offices of WaYfm, 1159 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids MI 49525 during regular business hours. All decisions by WaYfm are final. Additional copies of the rules for all contests are available at the office of WaYfm, 1159 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids MI 49525 Any prizes won in a given calendar year (accruing a value of $600 or more) will require a 1099 form, and any taxes associated with winning are the responsibility of the winning entrant. Winner will be advised of prize value upon redeeming the Grand Prize.
